By creating an account or playing Abyuno at www.abyuno.online, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and other persons who access the service.

2. Description of Service

Abyuno is a free, browser-based multiplayer card game inspired by the classic UNO card game. The service includes:

• Real-time multiplayer gameplay for 2–8 players
• Private and public game rooms
• A friends system with challenges and notifications
• In-game chat
• Email notifications for game events

Abyuno is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising via Google AdSense.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Abyuno.
• By using Abyuno, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
• If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
• You must have a valid Google account to sign in.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Abyuno is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

4.2 Username

You may choose a username subject to the following rules:

• 3–20 characters, letters, numbers, and underscores only
• Must not impersonate another person or entity
• Must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language
• Usernames that violate these rules may be removed without notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Abyuno for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other players
• Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or personal attacks in chat
• Cheat, use bots, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Use automated scripts or tools to interact with the game
• Post spam, advertisements, or malicious links in chat
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information

6. Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All original code, design, graphics, and functionality of Abyuno are the intellectual property of Muhammad Abdullah Malik. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Abyuno without written permission.

6.2 UNO Trademark

UNO is a registered trademark of Mattel, Inc. Abyuno is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mattel in any way. Abyuno uses its own original card game rules inspired by the classic UNO format.

6.3 User Content

By submitting chat messages or usernames, you grant Abyuno a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

7. Advertising

Abyuno displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using Abyuno, you acknowledge:

• Ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's policies
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
• Clicking on advertisements is entirely voluntary
• Revenue from advertising helps keep Abyuno free
